From a small evangelical farm in rural Tennessee, to Southeast Asia and Buddhist monks, to the psychedelic underground in Portland, Oregon, and now Mexico, the motherland of Maria Sabina and medicinal mushrooms – I have traveled the world in search of answers, healing, guides, wisdom and transformation.

My journey has taken me backwards and forward in time through ancestral wounds and lineage stories of trauma, to a brush with death, to wanderlust around the world. Ultimately it has landed me in the middle of a cultural mental health crisis and a psychedelic renaissance poised to be an important part of humanity’s healing.
